- Items returned after 14 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been processed or shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled due to pharmacy regulations.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

- Provide clear photos and a brief description of the issue.
- We will either resend the correct item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For your safety and regulatory compliance, we cannot accept returns for:
