Eligibility for Returns

  • Products not in their original, sealed packaging
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

However, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges if:

How to Request a Return

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received in acceptable condition:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective products.
  • If you paid using a third-party platform (e.g., PayPal, credit processor), refund timelines may vary per their policy.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled due to pharmacy regulations.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Report it within 7 days of delivery at support@noscriptpharmas.com.
  • Provide clear photos and a brief description of the issue.
  • We will either resend the correct item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For your safety and regulatory compliance, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Prescription medications
  • Opened or partially used products
  • Promotional, clearance, or sample items
  • Items marked “non-returnable” at checkout
